Honey Sriracha Salmon Fillets

Small mixing bowls
- 4 medium salmon fillets tail end preferred
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha less if you don't want it too spicy
- 3 Tbsp Filtered water
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil to grease the frying pan
Combine garlic, honey, soy sauce, sriracha and filtered water in a small mixing bowl
Place salmon fillets and mixture from previous step into a zip lock bag and move around so salmon fillets and coated evenly with marinade sauce. Place into the fridge for approximately 60 minutes.
5 minutes before taking out the salmon fillets start to preheat a pan on the stove top over a medium heat.
Take salmon fillets out and place onto preheated frying pan skin side down (discard the marinade).
Fry for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
Allow salmon to rest. If you prefer you can remove the salmon skin from the fillets.
Serve with a scoop of steamed rice or soba noodles.
